ABOUT ME

Hey! I am Madhav. I am a mechanical engineer as per my degree, but I soon found that teaching is what drives me. So, here I am - an educator by profession and passion.

I began creating a learning ecosystem called UNNATEE (which means "progress" in Hindi) in 2016 to help every kid focus on continuous self-progress rather than just grades. I believe it's high time we moved from the outdated generalized education to customized education to help every kid learn as per her / his individual needs and personality.

With the right inputs by my students, their parents and some smart new age educators, I have been able to implement my ideas so far and my ecosystem has only evolved for good.

I am currently working on the following:

• Making STEM integrated learning more approachable.
• Designing more efficient processes for Flipped learning.
• Introducing audio learning into pedagogy.

I strongly feel that we need to step up and work towards improving our learning processes so that more and more kids develop interest in learning and not just focus on performing academically. And the number of smart individuals we have in our country makes this possibility soar high beyond imagination.

I wish to see educators connect with the kids at a personal level because kids follow who they like, and it is that simple. I want to make education look cool as opposed to how it looks already, and I want to be THE COOLEST EDUCATOR EVER! Period.
